AFirst Quarter (April May & June) to be paid by 20th of April
BSecond Quarter (July August & September) to be paid by 20th of July
CThird Quarter (October, November & December) to be paid by 20th of October
DFourth Quarter (January. February & March) to be paid by 20th of January.
02Late payment fees of Rs. 200/- will be charged if the Quarterly payment of fees is not made by 20th of the first month of Quarter b) Late payment of Rs. 500/- will be charged if the Quarterly payment of fees is not made by 20th of the second month of Quarter

04If the last day of payment of fees (i.e. 20th) is a holiday, payment must be made before that day.
05The name of the scholar will be struck off the College Rolls if fees are not paid by the 20th of third month of the quarter.
06If the name of scholar is struck off the rolls, he/she may lose his/her place in the College in any case of the charge of Rs. 1000/- will be made if the child is re-admitted (in addition to the arrears)
07No child will be permitted to begin a New Term unless all arrears due on his/her account have been cleared in full before of the New Term.
08Children will not be permitted to take any examination till all dues are cleared.
09Academic Report and Transfer Certificate will not be issued till full fees are paid.
10The fees can be paid during Banking Hours: On Normal Working Days 9:30 hrs. to 3:30 hrs.
11If fee payment is made through a Cheque or deposited online, You are required to inform the School Office about the transaction ID or Cheque No.
